This event is a great opportunity to help the foster kids of St. Jude.  More specifically, this event will bring siblings separated through the foster system together for a day of fun and learning. 

Ideally we would love to put 2-3 kids/chpaerones on each boat with the goal of yall sharing STEM info (we will provide a basic one page cheap sheat of topics) as you share some basic elements/teach them the science of sailing as well as  practical training.

Each boat will  multiple students with one adult from St Jude.

BASIC SCHEDULE:

930am  Kids arrive
10am.   30 min of safety info in the classroom & basic sailing/STEM info
10:30am. Captains mtg
10:30am.     Kids use bathrooms
10:45am Kids meet their captains
11:15am boats depart the docks
1:00pm Boats are back at dock
LUNCH.  kids eat at restaurant
